1. WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

Cheap Shoe Shop is a US-based sneaker retailer specializing in authentic kicks from Nike (including Air Jordan, Dunks, Air Force), Adidas (including Yeezy), and other premium brands. We ship worldwide (except Asia and remote areas) to sneakerheads who want quality without the crazy markups.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT (FOR THE REAL ONES)

When you create an account with us:

• Keep your login details tighter than DS laces
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account
• Provide accurate info – no fake emails or shipping addresses
• We can suspend accounts for sketchy behavior (botting, fraud, etc.)

3. PRODUCT INFO (NO CAP)

• All kicks are 100% authentic – we don’t do reps
• Product images are as accurate as possible, but screens vary
• Sizes are listed in US measurements unless noted
• Limited edition drops may have special purchase limits

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT (GET YOUR BREAD READY)

Placing Orders:

• Add items to cart – they’re not reserved until payment clears
• Double-check sizes before checkout (returns ain’t free)
• We’ll email confirmation when your order’s locked in

Payment Options:

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal
• Cards may be pre-authorized to verify funds
• Declined payments = no shipment (obviously)
• International cards may have currency conversion fees

5. SHIPPING POLICY (WORLDWIDE DROP)

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders $50+ – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Important Notes:

• We don’t ship to Asia or remote areas (check your location first)
• Tracking numbers are provided for all orders
• Customs fees are your responsibility – we mark all international packages at actual value
• Delays can happen (weather, customs, carrier issues) – we’ll keep you posted

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS (15-DAY POLICY)

Return Requirements:

• Initiate within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be Deadstock: unworn, tags attached, original box included
• Email [email protected] to start the process
• Return shipping costs are on you (unless we sent the wrong item)

No Returns Accepted For:

• Worn sneakers (we check soles like authentication experts)
• Missing original packaging (yes, we need that box)
• Final sale items (marked as “non-returnable”)
• Customized products

Refund Process:

• 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refunded to original payment method
• Credit cards/PayPal: 5-7 business days to post
• Bank transfers: Additional 2-3 days

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (DON’T STEAL OUR SWAG)

• All website content (images, logos, text) belongs to Cheap Shoe Shop
• Sneaker designs/trademarks belong to their respective brands (Nike, Adidas, etc.)
• No unauthorized use of our content – that’s a quick way to get sued

8. LIABILITY LIMITS (WE’RE HUMAN TOO)

• We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control (carriers, weather, etc.)
• Maximum liability = your order amount (we don’t cover “what if” scenarios)
• We verify authenticity, but recommend professional authentication for grails

9. PRIVACY POLICY (WE KEEP IT 100)

Your data is protected like limited-edition stock. Check our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your info.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS (WE’LL KEEP YOU POSTED)

We may update these terms occasionally. Current version always applies. Major changes will be announced on our site.
